“Workplace Culture - 5S” is a standard that aims to create a highly productive work environment and foster a work culture and work discipline. The “5S Implementation Procedure” was approved on May 16, 2014, to regulate the implementation, implementation, and evaluation of this program at the company level, and the implementation has started at the head office.
The head office staff was divided into 3 teams and O.Gantsetseg, Project Manager, was the leader of the 1st team called “Amazing Achievement of 404”, D.Degidbadam, Tourism Manager was the leader of the 2nd team named “Team SODD-5S”, and “Ulam Soyoljood Jarga” S. Soyol-Erdene, an accountant, has been selected as the leader of the 3rd team and has started to spread culture in the workplace.
