Lodestone Mogul LLC established in 2007 with two employees and has now expanded to 87 employees.

On March 15, 2014, our team spent a day in the fresh air in the village of Terelj, singing, playing guitar, playing fun games, and sledding in a dog sled.

Cooperating with Mongolian Association of Master Chefs, LodeStone Mogul LLC has held training for cooks who work at Khushuut mining site in Khovd aimag.

Achieving social corporate responsibility and policy, our colleagues visited to National Blood Transfusion and Research center to donate blood and to participate in Give Blood, Give Life campaign which has been organizing by JCI-Mongolia and National Blood Transfusion and Research center.

The “5S Implementation Procedure” was approved on May 16, 2014, to regulate the implementation, implementation, and evaluation of this program at the company level, and the implementation has started at the head office.

Within the framework of the labor training program, on August 25 and 26, 2014, in cooperation with the Labor Department of Umnugovi aimag, a training on labor ethics and communication was successfully organized at the projects.
